Join Health and Wellness University on June 8, 2021 from 8 am - 9 am (PST) for this training focused on using emotional intelligence to manage stress and prevent occupational burnout. We will cover basic terminology and then take a deep dive into how we can improve our ability to manage stress and fatigue and prevent burnout. You will receive very practical tools and resources that will allow you to live a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.
